Q - How do I place an order through your website?
A - As follows
1. Click on the item you want
2. Select the type of product you want (if there are varieties)
3. Select Add to Cart
4. Click Check out on add to Cart
5. Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment
6. Choose a payment method, PayPal payment and Shopify Payment are both recommended and safe payment methods.

When you checkout with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you have two options:
1. If you have a PayPal account, you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
2. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button, and you’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment via PayPal without creating an account.

 
7. You will then receive a confirmation and just wait for the product to arrive.

Q - When Will My Order Ship?
A - After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 1-3 Natural days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.

Q - How Do I Cancel An Order?
A - We are only able to cancel orders within the first 6 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.


Q - What Is Your Return Policy?
A - If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Vrmetrade reserves the right to deny any return request.

If Not Item Quality Problem, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
